The JCA periodically offers group travel opportunities that allow community members to explore the world through a Jewish lens and expand their horizons while building friendships and connections.

EXPLORE ISRAEL: FOR ADVENTUROUS TRAVELERS
October 30 - November 7, 2017
 

Join the JCC family on a journey of a lifetime to Israel. The trip will include many of the popular sites such as the Western Wall and Masada but will give you a chance to enjoy your passion for the outdoors—walking off the beaten track, cycling, running and hiking while enjoying some of Israel’s best food and wine, and celebrating Israel’s cultural scene.
 

Participants should be able to walk 15,000 steps/5 miles per day. Alternative arrangements will be available for travelers wanting to avoid certain sport activities.

WINTER BREAK 2017 FAMILY ADVENTURE IN ISRAEL
December 24, 2017 – January 1, 2018

Arrive early for an optional extension in northern Israel beginning on December 21
Join the JCC Association on a multi-generational journey in Israel this coming Winter break 2017.
 

Spend eight unforgettable days experiencing the very best of Israel with your JCC family. Together, we’ll find adventure in the Negev Desert, celebrate Shabbat in Jerusalem, and feel the innovative spirit of Tel Aviv. Led by engaging educators, our program is designed for first-timers in Israel, as well as anyone returning anew for a fresh experience. More than a tour, this is an opportunity to forge lasting memories as a family in a destination like none other.

HIGHLIGHTS
Retrace Jewish history where it happened from ancient Jerusalem to trendy Tel Aviv
Hike to hidden springs, take part in an archaeological dig, and sandboard down desert dunes Scale the heights of Masada, float in the Dead Sea, and experience a desert tent dinner feast Take part in a group B’nai Mitzvah service at Robinson’s Arch and celebratory luncheon Celebrate New Year’s Eve with family and new friends on Ben Yehuda Street in Jerusalem!
